Commanding officer Lt. Col. Simon West reveals what's beneath his kilt during a group photograph with the Queen. According to articles in a variety of British papers, the accidental exposure was witnessed by hundreds of people. It happened on November 9, 2004, the Queen posed with the 1st Battalion of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders at the Howe Barracks in Canterbury, Kent.  Lt.
